Enjoy feeling like you have the whole island to yourself and give our wonderful winter package a shot! To take advantage of fewer divers on the island and to avoid strong winds, we'll be operating shore dives most days. Don't despair though, you're still in for a chance to catch an occasional boat trip, which we will run for NT$1000/per person (this price includes two dives) whenever possible.
Educational Dive package offers a tranquil experience on the sparsely populated Green Island during the off-peak season, allowing you to fully enjoy the leisurely atmosphere of the island. Although shore diving is the main activity, coupled with SSI's Night Diving specialty, you can explore the island's unique features during both day and night. After diving, you'll receive an electronic certification from the renowned SSI Night Diving specialty as a memento. Enjoy both the fun and the gains.
Inclusive:

Transport hire of either a scooter/electric scooter or bicycle (allocation is based on your driving license conditions).

A free ferry shuttle (Green Island harbor - dive center).

Booking assistance for the Return Taitung-Green Island Ferry (this is an additional NT$1100 to be paid by cash on arrival).

- Solo diver: mix dorm; even number diver: standard double room.
- Additional charge $1500/night for the upgrading from dorm to the standard double room.

Itinerary
(Flexible schedule)
Day One: You will jump aboard the scheduled ferry from Taitung Harbor to Green Island, (have a look at detailed transportation instructions here) and check in preferable after 2pm. Following this, it will be time to set up your gear and get ready for the next day.
Day Two: Today, you'll be able to take two of your shore dives in the morning or afternoon depends on the diving boat availability. And you're free to explore the island when there is no dive scheduled. Maybe you'll go scootering or spend some time shopping for souvenirs.
Day Three: On the last day, two shore dives in the morning. As all good things must come to an end, you'll then need to get ready for the scheduled ferry back to Taitung Harbor, bringing with you lifelong memories of your incredible diving experience on Green Island!
